Refund & Subscription Policy

Refund Policy

• All purchases of courses, coaching programs, PDFs, scripts, or other materials from Equivest Academy LLC are final unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Equivest Academy LLC, including duplicate charges or technical errors preventing access.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Any refund granted will not include fees charged by payment processors and may take up to 14 business days to process.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions to courses or coaching programs (e.g., $149/month) auto-renew monthly until canceled.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments except as explicitly stated above.
• You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.
• Equivest Academy LLC may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice; continued access constitutes acceptance.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of TOS and may result in termination of access, collection action, and reporting to payment processors.
